As members in the association Culinary Heritage Skåne we are in close cooperation with many other small producers and restaurants in the area.

Regional matkultur

 



Our company Havängsprodukter in Sillaröd´s village was established in 1991.

Höst i Sillaröd

Here we refine the crop and other ingredients that grow in our  region

 

Most well known is our Österlensenap, the mustard made from locally grown seeds, eggs and cream.


Another speciality is jelly from elderberry flower. Very tasty on toast or with lamb paté.

Our large assortment consists of marmelades, jellys and chutneys. All based on ingredients with local origin and produced without any other preservatives than sugar, natural pectin and citric acid.

Vår i lammhagen

Our philosophy is to bring out the natural taste from  the natural ingredients. In working with local ingredients we also avoid long transports.

At our farm Nickebo we also breed a small herd of the sheep Gotlandfår.

From these, we make use of both meat and fur . During the right season you can buy both at the farm.
