The cookery


The Havängsprodukter ”cookery” is located at the farm Nickebo in Sillaröd’s village in the southeast of SwedenVintervila.
The old pig house has been rebuilt to a small but well operating processing room. The hen house became our office and packaging room.
Our processing methods are very hands-on. It means a lot of manual work but this way, we also have full control over every step in the production process.
Our production is free from any additives and conservatives other than sugar. Instead we pasteurize our products for a long shelf life until opened. We try to use local and ecological ingredients as far as possible. We are looking for the best ingredients with the shortest possible way of transportation.

 

Eva med ett urval av våra produkterWe have full traceability of all ingredients and we aim at pursuing an active environmental strategy in general. An example of this is that residual products from our production are composted as far as possible. We have been working this way for the last twenty years. Our assortment consists of different mustards, chutneys, jellies, marmelades etc.
